Through the hard work and dedication of staff, our organization provides a wide variety of public health programs and services to the individual, the family, and the community. Our staff are committed to achieving top levels of performance and maintaining excellence, which translates into the provision of outstanding services to the public.

The role of the department is to protect, promote and maintain the health of our entire community. The Board of Health and all public health employees are here to, as our Vision Statement says, provide “Leading the Way to a Healthier Community.”
