Our Foreign Travel Vaccine Clinic is open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.  If you are interested in obtaining information or need to schedule an appointment regarding vaccines required for foreign travel, please leave your name, date of birth, country traveling to and a return phone number at 695-5846.  All calls will be returned on Wednesday and Friday mornings.

There is a fee per vaccination.  Please see the immunization charge sheet below for more information.  Also, be sure to visit www.mdtravelhealth.com and www.cdc.gov/travel/ for a list of possible vaccinations that may be required according to the country that you are traveling to.  Vaccinations must be given at least two weeks prior to travel in order to be considered effective.  Please note that if you are on chemotherapy or have an underlying condition that you should talk with your doctor prior to receiving any travel immunizations.
